These Terms apply to all users of our website and portal, including subscribers and clients placing media orders. Additional terms may apply to specific services, and those terms shall prevail in the event of a conflict.

2. Services & Membership L&L Colomba LLC provides access to a media placement portal (PrimePressQ Membership Portal) through a subscription-based model. Once subscribed, members can place individual media orders through the platform.

Subscription Model: Users must pay a recurring subscription fee to access the portal.
Media Placement Orders: After subscribing, clients can place media placement orders. Each order must be paid for in advance.
Guaranteed Placements: We offer guaranteed placements; if we do not deliver as promised, clients will receive a full refund.
Third-Party Publishers: While we facilitate placements, final publication is subject to the policies and discretion of third-party platforms. We are not responsible for content removal or changes made by third parties.

3. User Accounts & Security

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported immediately.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Subscription fees are charged based on the selected plan and are non-refundable.
Media placement orders within the portal must be paid in advance.
Payments are processed via third-party providers, and users agree to comply with their terms.
Refunds are only issued under our Guaranteed Placement Policy if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon placement.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to subscribers.

5. Content Guidelines & Third-Party Services

Users must comply with all relevant third-party publisher policies.
We do not guarantee indefinite publication, as third-party platforms may modify or remove content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or defamation laws.
L&L Colomba LLC is not liable for changes made by third-party publishers after placement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by L&L Colomba LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
